## Who these terms are for

These **Customer Terms** apply if you interact with a **participating business** (such as a salon) through Greeta Voice—by phone, SMS, or related channels.

## Acceptance

By calling, texting, or otherwise using Greeta Voice-powered communications with a participating business, you agree to these Terms and our [Customer Privacy Policy](https://greetavoice.com/customer-privacy).

## Service description

Greeta Voice helps participating businesses with:

- Appointment scheduling, confirmation, reminders, changes, and cancellations  
- Customer service communications related to appointments  
- Automated phone interactions using an **AI assistant**  

Greeta Voice operates **on behalf of the business**, not as the salon itself. The business remains responsible for the services you purchase from them, including pricing, service quality, and accuracy of appointment information.

## Automated assistant

You may speak with an **automated AI assistant**, not a human employee of Greeta Voice, unless your call is transferred to the business. The assistant handles routine booking and inquiry tasks based on the business's configuration.

## Communications consent

By providing your phone number to a participating business and using Greeta Voice-powered communications, you agree to receive **appointment-related** calls and messages necessary to manage your appointments.

These are **transactional** communications (not marketing from Greeta Voice). Promotional messages from the salon, if any, are the salon's responsibility under separate consent rules.

These may be delivered by phone call, SMS, or other supported channels.

For **SMS**, you may give verbal consent during a booking conversation. **Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase salon services.**

## SMS program

You may receive appointment-related SMS including confirmations, reminders, updates, rescheduling, and cancellation notices.

- **Frequency:** varies  
- **Rates:** message and data rates may apply  
- **Stop:** reply **STOP**  
- **Help:** reply **HELP** or contact the salon or legal@greetavoice.com

## Call recording

If the business has enabled recording, you may be notified that the call may be recorded. If you do not consent where required by law, you may end the call. Continuing the call after disclosure may constitute consent as permitted by applicable law.

## Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and appointment information. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or emergency purposes.

**Greeta Voice is not an emergency service.** For emergencies, call **911** or local emergency services.

## Availability

We and participating businesses strive for reliable service but do **not** guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI may make mistakes; verify important details with the business.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greeta Voice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of these communications services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your use as an End Customer shall not exceed **one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00)** unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

## Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. **Material changes** may require additional notice where mandated by law. Continued use after non-material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
